We utilize a variety of techniques, based upon research, theories and applications including psychology, emotions, behavior, family systems, cognitive development, mental health disorders, and the workplace. We also incorporate well established practices drawing from positive, health, cognitive, developmental, behavioral, family, abnormal, social, and organizational psychology.
We understand that change can be very difficult. We also understand that resistance, questioning, challenging, contemplating, intent, commitment and action are part of making changes. To increase the chance of successful change, our programs are based upon the foundation of collaboration, empathy, aligning motivation, building confidence, goal-setting, supporting and accountability.
