Fees for Services

Meliorem's mission is to make its services available to as many people as possible (whether insured, under-insured or uninsured). To achieve this, we utilize a straight-forward sliding fee scale structure based upon the current federal poverty income guidelines and a patient/client's household income. Thus, we do not accept insurance and the session fees are directly tied to your income.

The fees are based upon your household income. To calculate this, we use the total number of people in the household (the patient and family members) and total household income. We then take that number and plug it into the table, which runs from the baseline poverty amount to 350% above that amount.
