Biometric Screening (aka Health and Wellness Screening) is the cornerstone of bench marking and evaluating an individual's health over time. Considering that 75 percent of health care costs are attributed to chronic conditions that are preventable, biometric screening and tracking is very beneficial. Having a regular assessment of individual health can provide valuable insight into current and potential medical issues and risks for chronic preventable diseases (such as diabetes, heart disease and hypertension), as well as help individuals and healthcare providers with identifying strategies for improved health and well-being.
Our Health and Wellness Screening collects information and measurements that are important for providing insight into an individual's health. This includes providing data that can be used to identify certain health conditions, such as diabetes or health disease, or indicate a potential increased risk for these conditions. The screening is also used to identify individuals who may benefit from health coaching, track and measure results over time, assist individuals with making healthy choices, and to identify potential areas to discuss with their primary care physician. All individuals receive access to their personal results in which they can access 24 X 7 online.
