Ogden, UT based Meliorem Health is preparing to launch a YouTube Health Education Series that follows 6 individuals suffering from lifestyle related symptoms, conditions and diseases. The series will follow these individuals over 12 months…from the initial visit through their treatment.
The intent of this series is to introduce viewers to lifestyle medicine and the transformations to health it can provide. Following each of the individuals is intended to show others that the health issues are real and common, that the path to health is not always simple and tied to a magic pill, and that with discipline and baby steps…improved health is very possible.
The series WILL be intrusive, as it will involve filming the individuals several times each month in their personal environments. There won’t be scripts, as this is intended to capture each person’s life and struggles along the way.
This series is educational and all treatment, visits, and related events from Meliorem Health will be at no cost to the individuals. There is no compensation for this beyond the treatment provided.

Requirements for Consideration:
- Must have a location in which the individual can be filmed. This can include any personal residence, shelter, or other place in which the individual lives. IF it is not a personal location, we will need to have written permission from the shelter or residential owner to film in the location.
- Be provide written permission to be filmed for the series AND have the filmed material used for public viewing. All individuals affected will be able to view the material to be loaded for viewing prior to loading.
- Must be available AND agree to be filmed between 3 and 6 hours each month. Filming is intended to capture office visits, home/residential visits, discussions, treatment, challenges, emotions, progression, and other related aspects.
- Must be willing to have a background check conducted. This is only for the safety of those involved in the filming/treatment. Lifestyle diseases do not discriminate and neither does Meliorem Health. It is our intent to provide treatment to as many people as we can…but we have to ensure safety as well. Disqualifying convictions (generally tied to violence, weapons, and children) include crimes against children/minors, elderly abuse, sexual assault/battery, domestic violence, rape, stalking, kidnapping, false imprisonment, extortion, torture, robbery, arson, murder, carjacking, human trafficking, aggravated assault or battery, and terrorism.
- Must be willing to be open, to share, to discuss, to have ups and downs shared with others, to discuss personal health and emotions, as well as to share progression, wins, health gains and many other aspects of your journey to improved health.
- Must reside in the area between Salt Lake City and Ogden AND within 10 miles of I-15 (East or West) within this area.
