Stress  Reduction and Management
STRESS...a body's way of responding to a demand or threat.​
Stress is something that affects us all. Whether at home, school, work or out and about, there are various triggers that place us in that reactive state where we get to chose "fight or flight" (otherwise known as the stress response). When experienced, common responses that are experienced include increased heart rate, breathing fast, increased blood pressure and tightening of muscles. 
In extreme situations, some people may experience more severe physical, emotional, behavioral and cognitive symptoms such as: ​

  • Disorganization
  • Forgetting things

  • Decreased ability to concentrate
